Agreement to Terms

When you use NBT New Britain Towing Service, you agree to these terms. We provide towing and roadside assistance services in New Britain, CT and surrounding areas. By calling us, booking our services, or using our website, you accept these terms in full.

Our Services

We offer emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely perform the work requested.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the situation is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our capabilities. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Pricing and Payment

We provide estimates based on the information you give us. The final cost may vary depending on actual conditions, distance, vehicle type, and services required. You will be informed of any significant changes before work proceeds.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. If you use insurance coverage, you are responsible for any amounts not covered by your policy.

Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and situation. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. We are not liable for items left in vehicles.

You must have legal ownership or authorization to have the vehicle towed. We may require proof of ownership or authorization before providing service.

Liability and Insurance

We carry appropriate insurance for our towing operations. We take care to handle your vehicle safely, but towing involves some inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden mechanical issues, or damage that occurs due to the condition of your vehicle.

Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during towing operations. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost time, rental car costs, or other indirect expenses.

Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

If we tow your vehicle to our facility or another location, storage fees may apply. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle in a timely manner. Vehicles left beyond agreed-upon timeframes may be subject to additional storage charges.

We comply with Connecticut state laws regarding abandoned vehicles and lien processes. If you fail to retrieve your vehicle and settle your account, we may exercise our legal rights under state law.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cancel your service request after our truck is dispatched, you may be charged a cancellation fee. If you are not at the specified location when we arrive, we may charge a trip fee. Please call us immediately at (959) 222-2384 if your situation changes.

Emergency Services

We provide 24/7 emergency services, but response times may vary based on weather, traffic, our current call volume, and your location. We make every effort to reach you as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly. We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to Connecticut state law and handled in the appropriate courts in Hartford County.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
